Breathwork you can follow
Box, coherent, 4-7-8 — a shape to trace and a pace you set yourself. The fastest way down from a bad ten minutes, and no instruction to sit still for half an hour first.
Coming soon to the App Store
Alignment is a breathwork and meditation app built for people who bounce off the loud ones. Warm, unhurried, and shaped around the practice you actually keep.

What's inside
Box, coherent, 4-7-8 — a shape to trace and a pace you set yourself. The fastest way down from a bad ten minutes, and no instruction to sit still for half an hour first.
Short practices for the moments that actually need them — a knotted morning, a restless afternoon, the ten minutes before bed. Nothing longer than it needs to be.
Rainfall, ocean, a night forest, a warm hearth. Slow stories written to be half-heard, and ambience that runs as long as you do.
Basics of Calm, Learning to Sleep, Letting Go of Stress. A day at a time, in an order that builds — not a shelf of unrelated tracks.
The part that keeps you here
Anyone can host audio. The hard part is the second week — so Alignment spends its effort there, on the small loop of noticing how you feel, sitting with it, and seeing what changed.
One tap before or after a session. Over a few weeks it turns into a weather map of your months — the pattern you would never have noticed on your own.
Consistency matters more than perfection, so a missed day is a missed day — not a reset to zero and a lecture about it.
What actually helped, when you tend to slip, which sessions you come back to. Plain sentences, no charts to decode.
Breathwork sits on the home screen, not three menus deep — because the days you need it most are the days you have least patience for looking.

Sleep mode
Because the last screen you look at should not be the brightest one of your day.
Alignment is in its final stretch before the App Store. Leave your email and we will send one note when it opens — plus a founding invite if you would like to try it early.
